Yea like I said the wording was still being worked on. I put the full wording for clarity of what it does, but we'd have likely lost some of that on release. Regarding your boots, the MS/Charge is something I was slightly disappointed (for selfish reasons :P) to see come out before mine, as I was planning on working with that, but that's something that can't be helped. I don't want to step on your toes with my boots (provided I don't change gears entirely), so I'll be suggesting a rebalance of that portion if I stick with it.

As for the Frenzy Charges granting regen/degen, it was meant to be a double edged sword. The downside would have been more potent than originally considered, depending on your Chaos Resistance. Also keep in mind how difficult it is to stack a full set of Frenzy charges on a build that already has a lot of regen. ;) Was meant to open doors for Evasion builds (or even Zealot's Oath/EB) for a bit of regen fun. And no, attacking/casting does not count as "movement" (except possibly in weird corner cases like Cyclone?).

Anyway, no telling where I'll go from here. :P

aw man, thats nasty, that unqiue would have been so nice.. i hope you come up with some just as useful and original as this one, maybe you can make something similar and add the "removes movement speed penalty from armor" mod and still stick with a high speed mod on them, i always wanted to make a MS/dodge based char, those boots would have been pretty cool for it since i wouldnt have to use bloodrage.

or it would also be cool to make some evasion type based gloves, we already have the vectors, starkonjas head thing, would be cool to have another one to make acrobatic builds even more powerful.. (i love eva/acro builds)

If you mean my questions with this, then that wasn´t the goal to know. More interested in the technical possibilities. Because i posted these once:

+100% increased item rarity while standing
+30% increased item quantity while standing
Movementspeed/(Lightradius) degeneration while walking.
-60% global defenses while walking.
+50% to all resistances while on lowlife.
magicfind beeing a secondary element that isn´t critical for survivability wouldn´t suffer from lagtime that would result from move/stationary-binary-switches.
Its like having to update the character every second.

Ah yea the sync issue was with the differentiation between movement and standing still. They said something about it being OK for active skills, but that we won't see it passively for sync reasons. Even with desync improvements there would always be small, noticeable issues. In the case of my boots, players might see their life regenerating/degenerating in the client while the opposite happens on the server, which would obliviously be a huge problem.

The power and utility of the unique items in this game ATM is just pitiful.

We need about 30-50 decent usable lvl50+ items to use to help farm maps.

Then about 15-20 top quality very powerful end game items(ofc VERY rare)
to aspire to.
ATM all but 5 or 6 items are completely worthless and even those aren't great and are
over shadowed by any decently rolled high level rare. They certainly are not powerful
enough to make a build around.

Hopefully time will fix this but i worry about the weakness of the high level items
and pray its not always going to be so.

Needless to say that such items wont work with +attributes very well.

They clearly stated that unqiues are not designed to be best in slot for every build and that most of them are not going to be as good as rares, but of course those rares that are better are harder to find.

There are a LOT more than 6 unqiues which are useful or BIS, just look at them.

I feel that any unique in HC that doesn't have life or es is worthless. At least it was for me, but hey, in maybe 400+ hours of play I never got a higher lvl unique, so what do I know.
