No. The crit roll is only done once for the entire skill. Both weapons check their individual crit chance against this one roll.

This is not entirely correct. If your chance to crit against certain enemies is different to others (such as with assassin's mark), you can crit some but not others. If your weapons have different crit chances, then it's possible for the roll to be in the range where one will crit against standard enemies and the other will not. These do not have to be things that change during the skill.

Entirely separate to that is evasion, where all crits check evasion a second time and on a miss are downgraded to a regular hit, which is separate from the crit chance stat.
