got an question about ee
this applies cold dmg always and my 6 link sockets are does flamesurge benefit alot from ee or does it weaken my discharge (firedmg) would asume that my first hit with the weapon proccs ee so -light/fire, than it proccs flamesurge, but what after that? does it procc the weapon again or icenova or discharge? |
