You don't really want to level using this build, since not having enough crit makes it super unreliable and slow. You can level any number of ways, flame totems, searing bond+flameblast, facebreakers, etc. Any build that doesn't require gear/passive investment(basically gems that are powerful by themselves).

For the build itself, you can simply take away non-essential stuff until it's a 93 point build. Things like crit multiplier and extra damage nodes.

I removed all the nodes for the Intuitive Leap gem since you said you can't afford it yet. It's not going to make a big difference since discharge is already extremely powerful given how fast you can proc it.

They didn't remove reflect, they removed reflect auras.

Voll's is more for damage than survival, cuz you are constantly discharing. The build you linked is quite different:

He's dual wielding daggers instead of dagger + shield
No Acrobatics + phase acrobatics = stacks Hp instead
Leech and endurance charge from curse
No purity + saffell's to boost max resist

It will have a lot more HP but the overall defense is questionable compared to doe's version, especially against spell damage.

I'm just curious how much getting balanced charges affects dps?

I'm currently at 5 power charges, 3 endurance charges with protector/devotion, and I should cap out at 7 power/4 endurance. Would going to 6/5 be a significant dps boost?
