Bring Back Hybrid on weapons for item level < 36

If you are a competent crafter the new method is virtually the same. If hybrid is a 1/40 roll, 40 prismweaves are 40 chaos and 40 regals are 60 chaos. For 100 chaos you can likely craft a phys/hybrid t1 weapon. And even if you don't want to spend that much, settling for a 150 pdps + BCR sword is very similar to a t1 weapon. This is balanced, if anything, it brings the poorer much closer to the rich.


edit: we should even be grateful of this. Prepatch we had to snipe OP rares or grind norm dom and pray for a sweet drop. The masters enable so much pvping, those who use them as an excuse would likely find something else to use as an excuse.

GUYS its ok mudflats drops good items too. It only took me like 3k hours to get this using mostly perfect legacy IIQ and high IIR items. Nerf crafting and just find all your items like me please!
