Mechanics thread

Couldn't find this anywhere.

You have 6 players, all level 50.
Let us say that you are all in a level 50 area.
Only one specific person gets killing blows.
Let us then say that each person always gets an item that was "assigned" to them (before it becomes ffa).
Now, we represent the total amount of items that drop under these circumstances as 100%.

Now, item quantity reduces when you get the killing blow and are a vastly higher, right?
Well, what about when you don't?

Let's say that instead of a 6th level 50 (in that lvl 50 area), someone is 90.
This level 90 does not kill things, or even do a single bit of damage; all they do is leech, along with the 4 level 50 leechers and the L50 killer.

#1 - Does the total amount of items dropped lower from 100% due to the level 90 being there (essentially, he's an Item Quantity Reduction Aura)?
#2 - More importantly, if items are not reduced, does he receive less items?
He did not get the killing blow, after all. Does he instead have less than the average 1/6 of items "assigned" to him?
(:
@OP

You should add that you also gain +2 accuracy per level (starting from level 2).
Taking for example a dual totem spark build, what's the order in giving more dps among spell damage - lighting damage - elemental damage nodes? thanks for help

Don't understand the question. 8% lightning damage is equivalent to 8% elemental damage is equivalent to 8% spell damage.
Let a man walk alone -
Let him commit no sin.
Let him bear few wishes,
Like an elephant in the forest.
That's what i wanted to know, thank you. I had a doubt that they could be not equivalent.

can't use righteous fire with CI period, RF ends at 1hp and CI sets hp to 1, thus nothing happens.
Why has this been unstickied? Just went to read up on something and had to use the search function to find the thread.
