Oh, the build is very much alive, Enki is working on updating it.
AFAIK the Arc witch will now use wand + shield, glancing blows, recover %mana on block... if I remember correctly from his stream on twitch. I would recommend going with % mana recovered on block and % Life on block, but I am not the Arc guru here. ;) |

If I end up playing this league I plan on starting with this again. Gave me a great start in Ritual.

Updated for 3.14! It's for most of the part the same build, but with improved leveling and more survivability while giving up burst damage.
The biggest changes are shield instead of dualwielding and Bastion of Elements instead of Heart of Destruction. The trigger setup has also been changed to long duration spells to account for its higher cooldown in 3.14, which means we have to manually use Wave of Conviction again. twitch.tv/enkivt
