Hi Enki,
Read through a majority of the build, might try to play it again. I've kept saying I would go back to it, but never end up doing so. >_> If I were to drop Paragon of Calamity, would you recommend picking up Pendulum of Destruction or Beacon of Ruin? |

" The build already runs Pendulum of Destruction, and Beacon of Ruin really doesn't do anything anymore - so you'd probably take Mastermind of Discord and run Herald of Thunder. That's probably a bad idea though unless you have the version of the build from mid-3.9 which ran these ascendancy nodes. You should prob just run the new version |

Devouring Diadem fits better and we only have one head. Also I want to experiment with Sap if Secrets of Suffering isn't too rare.
Heralds just didn't fit in with the new concept.

This is good, as we don't want Warstaves.

Traps/Mines have more frontloaded damage, which means more single target damage at similar investment. It's an unfortunate balance decision that as a longtime selfcast player, i'm of course not very happy with.
That said, a proper selfcaster clears faster and is in my opinion more fun to play, although that is subjective.

It may be better on lower density maps where you can get your seals up between each pack, but it's much worse for single target or other situations where you just spam Arc. We have very high cast speed, so the echoed cast doesn't lock us down for very long.

I'd rather not drop it. Having no Life Regen and no Life Leech will just be certain suicide, and at this point its unclear if there will be easy access to leech jewelry that is worth more than alteration shards.

Can someone explain this to me? I'm a bit confused, I do have the beastcraft aspect of the spider but I dont know what item to put into it and what to do with vaal grace.
"Once our gear is good enough to get there without Discipline, we can replace it with an Aspect of the Spider craft and fill its socket with Vaal Grace for some temporary Dodge chance." So if I understand right, I can use Zealotry, Flesh and Stone, Vaal Grace, and wrath? the guide says at that there is a 2link for flame dash but i only see one.
and for the auras are only 3 slots used, is the last one free for portal gem? |

Doryani's Lesson 0.2% of Elemental Damage Leeched as Life 25% increased Elemental Damage **Seems interesting - could take this instead of Paragon of Calamity and then take Mastermind of Discord and grab Herald of lightning? Corrosive Elements 15% increased Elemental Damage Lightning Skills have a 25% chance to apply Lightning Exposure on Hit **possibly a good grab as well? Disorienting Display 25% increased Elemental Damage 10% chance to Blind nearby Enemies when you use an Elemental Skill **possible alternative to Flesh and Stone, if you combine it with Doryani's Lesson and then use the Herald as a replacement?
