I have a question anyway concerning the second lightning skill :

What about orb of storms instead of Storm brand? For pure boss fights Storm may be better, but for a more global use, Orb is quite good, and boosted with all arc casts (If i understood well the skill).

You'll probably have to buy some regrets.
Even more so if you want to get the spell damage nodes at the start of the tree, then you'll have to more or less reset all your skill points.

I have plenty of regrets so this should be okay. Not sure what do you mean by want to get the spell damage nodes at the start as they were in the previous tree too. I counted it and at this stage I need to revert 17 nodes + 2 ascendancy points which totals of 27 points from which I have 15 already so only 17 orbs.

Wow, this is my first build, I've been following it closely and nearly finished act 10 but now I don't know what to do.

What's the best way to figure out how to respec my passive skill tree?

I've got around 30c so I guess I can buy regrets but sucks to spend currency on that when I was about to upgrade my gear...

Now to find 3k energy shield...somehow.

Honestly, I wouldn't.

I was in the same position as you, and trying to change now just broke my build and I had to change most of it back.

The old build was doing fine for me up to t13 corrupted maps so I really don't think the changes are neccessary, and you risk getting yourself into a tough situation if you change now.

Hey, at first thanks for all the work and the new updates, it's highly appreciated!
Nevertheless I am new to the game, level 84 and not having the resources to change the whole skill tree. Is anyone able to provide the old build version, specifically the medium budget gear setup and passive trees?
Any help would be superb 😊

I just noticed this build got updated. Is there older version of this build somewhere? I'm asking because don't have much currency to change skills.

For those lacking respecs, check the quests giving free respec points.

Normally I don't change up builds during a patch cycle, but i've asked people through a poll in this guide and on stream and the majority wanted the change, so here we are now. I don't have the old version anymore, but if you've followed it and don't want to switch, then simply don't.

I like the new build for the extra damage and also for the differnt playstyle, but I have a few questions regarding the survivability:
If I am not mistaken we have lost all life leech, so should we not try to get some somehow? Or do we have to rely on our stone golems now for life regen?
We also lost reflect protection and damage reduction from paragon of calamity and some spell block chance. I have no problem with respeccing, but are we making up for those losses somehow?
I was hoping for better survivability with the new build, but I don´t see where it should be coming from. Have I overlooked something?
We can gain some life when dropping soul tether but also loose some ES.

Thanks for the advice but I saw it too late. Luckily I was able to mostly respec with the refund points and orbs of regret I already had. Had to keep a few nodes so that my gear didn't break but it all seems to be working for now.

I'm really liking wave of conviction so far, is there anything wrong with keeping it for now then changing to storm brand later?
