And you can't even test what the damage per level is in pvp because there's separate pvp scaling for each skill that isn't stated in the game either.
Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.

So SRS duration and cast speed has been changed but we still can't know the base damage values? What's going on? WTF...
Imagine they did this with any other spell. "We increased the cast speed and critical strike chance, and also adjusted the damage at L20+, but we're not going to tell you the damage, have fun." All my builds /view-thread/1430399
