1.3.0 Patch Notes

I for one actually look forward to playing melee in this patch. With the counter skills, that can be supported with Life Gain on Hit and Life Leech, etc, this doesn't seem like much of a nerf. More like a lesser version of Aegis.
I haven't had the chance to try it out yet, though.

it's a damage only character. what's so wrong about playing for fun? i use it to help my friends level up new builds and it's amazing.

also i'm very content with this update. my two handed level 79 duelist has a big ass hammer and big as bonuses to damage but before this update it didn't do much damage for some reason. it's kinda off putting when you flicker strike inflicts 5500-9000 damage and in PvP <2000hp archers can scrap it off like nothing

melee physical damage has always been the most nerfed build and it's nice to see it buffed a little
GGG You really should add harder contents, more 78 maps, maybe even higher lvl or New act or whatever instead of nerfing everything... that's really boring, many ppl will leave the game

We are waiting for new content, new things to do...

For the next patch => OMG too much Rangers on the ladders, Let's nerf the bows we buffed in 1.2 ! Will be fun !

And in one year we won't even be able to reach merciless... lel

I really love this game since open beta... but imo this patch is a big mistake...
Guild stash does'nt function anymore. Cannot insert or take out anything!!!!
After reading patch notes I'm taking a break from PoE.

There's a little or no love for players like me, who between work and real life have some limited time for that game.
Rolling a new char, gearing it up and leveling, just to see it nerfed with next patch, so soon, again.


My monies spent on MTX went to PvPers, no new PvE content was introduced, sloppy variety-killing balancing attempts, crafting options that offered some fun - removed.

All I've got is the same repetitive low-level grinding content.
I'll be reading next patch notes, hopefully something will change, till then - good bye and good luck.

holy crap, after the picture it seens it was not fail enough lol
Cyclone 20% less attack speed now before 39% increased at 20lvl = Just remove cyclone from the game!

It's a very basic problem. Balancing for both PvE and PvP is difficult, if not next to impossible. That's why *all* MMOs with good PvP implementations have different mechanics for PvE and PvP. It's an old concept and probably still the best way to get well balanced PvP on top of well balanced PvE.
