I vote for armour/evasion :-))
Additional projectile would be nice too (for my windripper build), but how than i can handle vorici when i need 'single target' with my bow when the belt have additional projectile :-))
Would it be possible to mix the two highest scoring options? The wining would get a larger bonus and the other one could get something realy minor. Maybe with an additional downside for the second one?

I do understand that a too complicated item is hard to balance, but considering the two currently leading options (projectiles and armour/evasion) I think it'd be iteresting.
