Additionally, stun recovery could scale with evasion rating. That way, two mods that are currently considered completely useless would become much more interesting!

This is what I want to see. I've always wanted to make a masochist character with punishment+focus reflect but it's hard to do without sacrificing survivability and damage. This belt could fix that. And with the new counter attack gems there's definitely a synergy to be had.

If stacking armor granted thorns, and stacking evasion granted dodge, this belt would be extremely versatile and fun to use.

Well...

1) Holidays, so things slow down.

2) They probably need to work out ideas and balance for the next set of voting options, so it's going to take a bit.
