As for those wondering why Ghudda and some others who "tried it only a few times" only got a temporary ban, it's probably becouse GGG doesn't want to make martyrs out of them. If Ghudda would be permebanned, you can probably imagine the public outcry, not to mention PoE losing a quite prominent streamer which is probably not worth it from a PR standpoint.

From watching his VOD i'd also agree he deserved at least a temp ban: not only he publicly rolled TWO white-socketed Voideyes, he also kept them in his inventory even after some of his stream audience members told him it would probably be wise to vendor them asap. Then he even wanted to change his MOTD to something like "CONGRATULATIONS TO GGG ON *some exploit stuff*", but thankfully reconsidered and left it blank.

It's one thing to try out once, then return the loot and contact the authorities about a security issue, but another thing to try a couple of times, keep the loot and mock the authorities about a security issue.

OT: Thanks for the info on the new leagues; after trying out races for the first time in this league, i'm quite keen on trying out PvP as well :) I hope you guys will also post a couple of PvP event rules and guidelines somewhere visible; looking forward to it.

I guess a 3 week in-between leagues is better than 4.. Really wish the leagues started on a weekend, or at least a Friday.. Oh well, looks like I'll be sick for work on the 12th..

many people have gone to other games because they are bored

giving people a break allows them to play other games and then come back to PoE refreshed and ready to start the new leagues

there's much more excitement when you "come back" to PoE after taking a break

You sir obviously dont get excited EVERYTIME you are sitting playing and you see the message saying "server restart for patch 1.blah blah blah." like some people who consider this game the holy grail. Personally i'm repulsed and ashamed by people playing "other games". <3

1.) fix desync - path of alt+f4 is not entertaining in the long term (even if some streamers make it look that way) as it completly kills any motivation for me to play hardcore
2.) merciless banhammer for mentioned DoS-attacks
3.) adding more fancy effects, particles, long- & shortterm races, more (optical) microtranslations

I know it sounds strange, but are you working the list from the bottom to the top? :D
