Big update gained a lot of DPS with 1.3 Patch and build got a lot cheaper only need 5L Chest.

i would like to mention, that u will profit way more from going over the spell damage nodes to "elemental dominion" than going over the tiny 3 % cast speed nodes :)

also wanna give a thumbs up for the work, im playing it on one of my chars, but im still testing around. i think there still some tweeks or more benefical changes to make.

Any leveling tips? About to start this build in the new league.

i would lvl with shadow due to cast speed and mana regen nerf witch got. you will end up with 5% more dps as shadow

just use ice nova all the way maybe lightning tendrils for single target and fire trap aoe at start. use dual lifespig wands until you get poh.

Do you think this build is possible in the new leagues, where you may never see/get a PoH, or is it integral to the build? How do you think the damage would be with a 5l staff?

PoH mandatory IMO. Gives all the mana you need for regen. I have 3500 mana. without I have 1700 and cant spam even with regen every jewelry slot. Let alone run 24-26 AA.

If you dont wish to use PoH you can dual wield with things like.

or divinarus. or a really good + gem staff.

but then you must select more mana and regen losing dps or health. and you lose double cursing chest in case of dual wielding. You must have both curses. One allows you to lightning warp into reflect packs w/o dying. Other gives power charges and hidden dps.

PoH is BiS

I advise fox's firenova if you don't have PoH. But even that build is better with PoH.
