The HP version is a low budget. I killed Atziri using 5L +2 Fire staff.

" Haha, I'm currently running a 1h/shield CI build to do atziri with. I don't see the reason of running duel wield when you gain so much more from 1h/shield or even the staff. Specially compared the uniques you've chosen to use. A 22% cast speed 1h costs even in Beyond a few chaos. A decent rare shield with the availability of benchcrafting cast speed on would only cost a handful of chaos as well. And they would provide you with a LOT more than the uniques you're using. On the otherhand, everything else seems in order and very low budget approached as well. I just personally feel that you are taking a LOOOOONG walk with nodes and gain very little for those long "walks" on the northern part of the skill tree. And the nodes being used for extra resistance shouldn't really be needed in my opinion, specially now with the benchcrafts available to make gearing easier. " Gem setup is displayed on my gear under the section: "Links" -> "Current Gear" spoilers. Lightning Warp: Will not work effeciently as we get +90% inc skill effect duration which counterworks lightning warps mandatory "Reduced Duration" gem. Spectres dies easy even with minion life nodes that we cant afford to get with this build. Curses well to clear maps with this build we dont need curses, not even EE from our arc totem is required really. However, on boss fights we do need EE, but curses has a 60% reduced effectiveness against end game bosses, so stopping ourt SRS spam to put a curse will cost us a total ammount of 2 spirits (give or take) which causes a reduced DPS rather than increased DPS. hi sir,
cool build ;). its a lot of fun. iam playing it ci in beyond and iam still alive (lvl 82). but i have 1 question: is the +1 to all gem or +2 to fire gems really essential for mapping ? a staff with +1 and +2 is too expensive for me *g. i consider trying to use 1 hand with shield, becose there are also sweet energyshield bonuses for the shield, near the building path from your softcore sps. my energyshield is at 7549 and i think it could be a bit low for higher maps ? cu BBBQ Last edited by GrantigerUnsympath#4804 on Oct 19, 2014, 8:00:52 PM

Can you explain why 'faster casting' passives have diminishing return once you have spell echo?
Is there specific cut-off points to aim for in terms of cast time for SRS? |
