It looks like 16GB should now be the minimum recommended RAM to start using a RAMdisk with PoE. 8GB spent on the RAMdisk to hold PoE, and the other 8GB for system & program usage, as well as PoE's memory usage (max 3.5GB, since it is a 32bit executable)
