" Imho Way of the Poacher sucks, 10% per kill is fairly low. While it may be maintainable in maps (and if you have extended duration of charges probably) it surely in underwhelming for lvling. Besides you are so much better off with blood rage for frenzy charge generation. Then speaking about the other three nodes: Quartz Infusion - Personally I do not find Phasing amusing. And phasng procced from kill? What is that good for? Unless you pick the node behind it (for spell dodge) of course. The extra dodge is cool though. Would pick it as last one. Rapid Assault - this should really be cool stuff, while you are clearing at quick pace, u gain 20% boost to movement and attack speed. I would definitely pick this as first node with raider. Avatar of the Chase - this is augmented awesomeness! The boost to onslaught rocks. Guess what, it boosts the Silver flask too, so you can use that for bosses reliably. And the more modifier for evasion, well what else would zou like sir? :-) Would pick this as second So to sum it up I would pick: 1)Rapid Assault 2)Avatar of the Chase 3)Quartz Infusion (just cause there is no really better option) |

Drillneck Skill Tree
Until Neversink updates the official one, this is an easy switch from his current non-Drillneck tree. - Removed the 3 nodes with Quickstep at the center - Removed the 2 nodes after Revenge of the Hunted + Dexterity node next to Flash Freeze to complete the chain where Quickstep was + 4 nodes to take Piercing Shots |

Level 74 atm with 3.4k life (only 1 more 4% node I can get), 16k TS tooltip with no procs/frenzy, 36.11% crit and 246% multiplier. I'm starting to feel a bit squishy on t8+ and having a difficult time finding affordable jewelry with better life as I can't afford to lose any str+int due to EC, IC, and Mark. Think its worth dropping Maligaro's for some decent high life gloves?

" Your stats are not good for lvl 66 :( However his is easily fixable. You made a classic mistakes. You went crit to fast and as a result you have very low hp. For your next playthrough a typical lvl 66 passive setup looks something like this (hp, attack speed, frenzy)

Secondly you should go to poe.trade and buy a few good starter items. My guess you could raise your hp to 3,5k or something for a total budget of 15 chaos or so. Focus on A) a good bow that deals good damage and B) good defensive starter stats (hp, resists. Ignore WED, attack speed, +flat phys etc). The Faster Attacks gem serves 2 purposes. It gives you damage and it makes you mobile. The attack animation becomes shorter and therefore you can more easily dodge boss attacks. This is especially important in boss fights such as uber atziri or Izaro. Gem setup CWDT - IC - INC. DUR. - BLOOD RAGE (blood rage benefits from inc. duration. Ice golem does not) Blast rain - Conc. effect - FA - PPAD TS - GMP - FA - PPAD - AFD (added fire dmg) Hatred - herald of ash (only use herald of ice with a curse on hit setup) - FA - blink arrow Final 4L setup - You chose a frenzy attack to keep up frenzy charges. Another good choice is something like Vaal grace (or haste) - inc. duration - faster casting - Ice Golem (it is actually quite nice to have faster casting linked with vaal aura's and golem since both need to be recasted a few times, often in tight spots). If you really like to have a frenzy setup find a temporary solution. It purely works as a frenzy charge build so the only link it needs is faster attack. " A few small things: Remove your passives that gives you access to your jewel slot. It 100% wasted points atm. Also remove the 10% projectile speed + 6% projectile damage OR the 10% projectile damage passive node in the Fury Bolt wheel near duelist. Essense Sap is a costly way to gain mana leech. Try spending 2 points in the leech wheel near duelist. 1 dedicated life leech node and the hybrid node with both life and mana steal. The 0,4 mana steal of attack damage should be enough mana leech to keep you rolling :) If you want one of the following gems in your setup spend 1 point in a +30 int node (permanently. You will most likely not remove this node): Increased Critical strikes, increased critical damage, concentrated effect, enfeeble, assassins mark, curse on hit. Also since you went the passive route you did spend one point into the Weapon Artistry node since it gives you damage, attack speed and strength. All good stats. Remove the 15% physical damage with bows node right next to aspect of the eagle. Regarding items: Yes drop Maligaro. Either go for Shadows and Dust, Facebreaker, Snakebite or a good pair of rares (remember you can enchant 12% attack speed on rares and they make resists easier + give you hp. Rares are a good choice). Regarding Quiver: Either you specc into pierce or you drop drillneck :) That means you overall route will change

You can also stick to your passive setup and drop pierce + drillneck. This makes room for faster attacks :) Regarding boots: The most important stats on boots are movement speed and hit points :) This will help you immensely with clear speed (and getting to safety faster) :) There are other small things but overall you moving in the right direction with gear, passives and gem setup :) Last edited by Frankenberry#0590 on Mar 12, 2016, 12:29:42 AM

Currently using Scion version. Earlier in the thread NS commented and the ascendancy tree - Assassin + Raider. But to reach one of the subtree I need 4 points and two points left, and I can't understand how should I pick up two subtree that way. Any explanation on this case?

I am getting absolutely wrecked by any and every reflect mob and I wanted to ask if I could switch to LA (Voltaxic) with little to no skill tree/ascendant points change, I leveled as tornado shot, is this possible or would I have to level from scratch again?
