Adding even more stuff for level 8? Don't you realize most players will never see a level 8 master?

The metacrafting mods were actually intended to be a big part of the reward for getting to level 8. We just didn't get time to implement them before the 1.2.0 release. Thankfully we managed to get them in just in time before players are getting their level 8 masters.

You completely missed his point, most likely intentionally. He basically asked what's the point of adding this at level 8 since most people will never see that, especially after you nerfed farming the masters, and you said basically that you initially intended for this change to be implemented in 1.2. Completely irrelevant answer.

Let's just reward the people who play 14 hours and day, because the rest don't matter. Well I hope the "hardcore" gamers have enough money to support you...

It's way too early to say most players won't see level 8, the masters just came out and they level across characters.

How about the patch where it doesn't take 3 months to get a master to lvl 8? is that intended? maybe 6 months to a year for casual players?

How about it DOESN'T take 3 months now? Someone's already gotten one master to level 8 and the others to 7 now, just over 1 WEEK in

Or you can wait, play at your own pace and still get level 8 masters.

Nice update!

I don't think it was ever supposed to be easy to get lvl 8 on a master. With effort, you will still reach it. No need to complain on this.
If it takes forever to learn all the rules, no time is left for breaking them

How many people are farming Act 1 for Masters?

Just playing mostly solo or with one other person and I have 4 Masters at level 5, and I have yet to farm any masters in Act 1. Typical bunch of forum trolls crying about nothing. Great job GGG with the expansion as usual.
"The spawn chance of Masters has been reduced in The Fetid Pool,"

Bummer :-(

However if the comment about addressing Elreon mission monster waves timing has addressed the issue I posted in bugs forum yesterday, then I'm a happy camper.

that's a big patch already, thanks, it's look good.

The physical mod on rings and amulets is really cool, i dont know if we can roll elemental damage (flat elemental damage). it could be good too maybe.

Quite a bunch. Everyone in global820 is farming Tidal Island to be precise. It's simply the easiest way.
Tiny area. Just a circle. Once you find a master you can find the mission target pretty quick. Because ... well again: just a tiny loop.
