Act 4 Data Mining
They released the SotV patch notes early on accident.
Chris had to jump in and say they were not final. |

Oh, I don't know who is to blame for that, it was just a guess. To be honest, I'd have been surprised if Alpha members got access already but I don't know about that stuff from experience. Garena however fucked up once already. So I'd say if there is someone more likely to blame...
It could have been an intentional leak to get us hyped up, thou.[/quote] They dont do this kind of mistakes, not in the past. And since act 4 not coming anytime now, this is,if true, something leaked from GGG itself. Not even garena would have that kind of info, since they recieve patches given from ggg,not all the tools. Bye bye desync!

" But look at the information leaked. Mostly dialogue and names, probably in need to be translated. GGG may work on translations already with some partners reading past announcements. The only information about gameplay leaked was the hideout/hireling system. Either way, I do hope that Alpha members don't suffer further from this mistake. " If alphas has taken said clients with all this info, then everyone must be investigated.Every time this shit, some alpha leaking info.. Or if GGG's fault here, then must come and say something about it here Bye bye desync!

" I've skipped lightly through this thread since i'm generally not a supporter of leaks & leakers (unless it's wikileaks), but from what i saw, some of the leaked content might have even been part of Act 4 and wasn't supposed to be revealed much later, at least not in the next expansion. In that case this incident must suck so hard for them right now :( This makes me feel kind of bad for the GGG team; it's the first day of the weekend and not even then can they relax... Hopefully this won't throw their spirit off too much :P If it's of any consolance: you've made some very nice stuff here, got me even more hyped for 1.2 :) Last edited by Tom7i#1833 on Jul 25, 2014, 4:57:45 PM

Eh, I think ill wait till we get a confirmation from GGG themselves whenever that may be.
Remember the Fallout 4 hoax website? Yeah not falling for that again. Closed Beta Member.

If this leaked info becomes true then that will be a fantastic addition to PoE. We need more acts that allow us to continue to play and farm zones commensurate with our build level all the way into the 80s. With Act 4 there should also be more passive point quests and end zone bosses such that a redistribution of the 120 passive points such that there will only need to be a twice play-through to get to the end game maps (maybe by then Dominus will be worth a point or two). If GGG can hang on financially for a few more years then by act 6 we should get enough zones for 120 points in a single play-through.
"You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. The perfect solution to fix Trade Chat: www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2247070 |

" Pretty sure those are not area levels. Count the number of areas in act 1-3 :) You are going to be disappointed. Thanks for all the fish!

If true, I would readily volunteer to test for GGG.
