If you have 6-links, substitute Quantity gem for Fire Penetration. Obviously, you can't replace the quantity on rare gears. Stack increased rarity. All the other uniques with +quantity still drop.

I have 1.5 ex to spend in Ambush to get this build started. I usually like to buy one or two end game pieces for a build before I get it going so I can have something good to start mapping with. Aside from the obvious 1 chaos items like wondertrap, perandus blazon, sadima's touch, etc what would be be best use of my $$? I was thinking of getting a 20 quality flame totem or maybe saving up another .5 ex for a 5L Solaris Lorica. I saw some talk earlier in this thread about crafting your own 5L though so maybe that's the best option. I already have this shield Some advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I think your priority should be a 5L, and then 20% quality gems. By end game, your final piece would be the Doryani's Catalyst. Not sure the Rampage pricing, but in standard, you can get a cheap one for about 4 ex

Should I be taking life nodes and then speccing out of them later or just go with the leveling tree as is?

If I do end up getting a shavronne but it is only 5 link should I go with;

Flame totem-->faster projectiles-->LMP-->Item quantity-->Item rarity

Or should I use faster casting instead of either item quantiy/item rarity

I am following this build most of the way except starting as a scion!

Been using this build since rampage started. My only qualm with this build is its very hard to cull in speed clear groups (which is pretty much every map group ATM). Other than that the build works well.

Wouldn't recommend this to new players but I've made a crap ton of currency with this build!

you can flex the passive tree any way you need. I've pretty much just outlines the milestones, but taking health early is not a bad idea. You can always move those points out of hp into low-life passives as a single transition (your ES value will dictate when you go low-life).

If you do get a Shavronne's, the world above level 70 maps will really open up for you :)

If you need to grind levels and your map pool is solid, swap out Q/R for Fire Pen and Faster Casting. Your kill speed will rocket. If I wanted balance, I would go with Quantity + Faster Casting provided your rarity value was north of 400%
