I like this build , to live on the edge of danger with good MF and DPS

prob was hard to get max res

anyway started making a char with your guidelines

Can you do Domi & piety solo runs with ease ?

what aura's do you run normally ? ( do you run all the purities or switch on demand ?

how would you rate my build
The small changes look pretty good. I had issues getting enough strength for max reduce mana gems (109str I think), so you might get away without the +30 str node if you can support it with your gearing. I would also recommend getting Arcane Vision from the witch area. It's tough to see in the dark :)

With respect to resistances, my tree takes the enhance aura nodes to beef up the Purity, Discipline and Clarity auras. It will make more sense towards the end of the tree when you start mapping and try to get more performance out of the build. Chain casting totems, running L20 Clarity, more ES, higher max resists all go towards survivability in the end game. Swapping these out for more dps (spell damage nodes) may or may not help you.

My current level 85 with 1 Andvarius ring on, I have the 4 purity auras, clarity, discipline and level 1 Arctic Armour(20%). If I drop the Andvarius ring for an all resist ring, I can run Haste aura.

I can do Piety really easily - please check my video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4Mq68rlPyc&feature=youtu.be. This was done at level 74 with 1700 ES. The hardest part was getting there on such low ES and facing magic packs of machine gun Miscreants. Eye of Chayula makes this 100x easier than without.

Dominus mini bosses and phase 1 Dominus are even easier than Piety. Phase 2, you should have a couple granite flasks and position yourself on one side of him (just inside his protective bubble), and your totems should be on the opposite side of him right in his face.

I farm piety all the time at 2min per run with full mf ~130/500, dominus 2nd form gives bleeding + summons and it usually very hard to survive lol.

For piety, i run up to piety with a brightbeak leap slam + faster atk ( actively switch from inventory ) and swap out my mf amulet with eye of chayula. This is definitely one of the better mf build out there right now.

Recommending this to my friends!

I would like to thank Fri3dchick3m for creating such a friendly build for beginners like myself. I have created a level 75 Low-Life Dual Flame Totems build by following this guide in the Rampage league. I had a lot of fun leveling from 1 to 75 and I’m currently doing level 70-73 maps.

When I was looking through the forum for a build that I can easily learn and play, I found that your build fit my criteria perfectly. I’m an extremely casual player - a few hours a day, 3 to 4 hours on the weekend. I have very little knowledge about the currency exchange rate, I don’t actively trade, I rarely uses the POE.XYZ website, I don’t care about min-max of stats, I don’t really care about finding the right gear/jewelry to max out my resistances in Merciless. In my opinion, your build is just perfect for a casual player like me.

I just want to say thank you so much for creating this wonderful build and being active on the forum with responses.

Here are my gears that I’m currently wearing for 70-73 maps. It’s not the best of gear (I really don’t care/worry about it). I always have a big grin when I managed to clear 70+ maps with it. I was also able to earn the 13th tier of Rampage on the Mountain Ledge Map by “leap frogging” the totems around the whole map.

Feel free to offer suggestions on how to improve my gears (or make fun of it :)).

I just wanted to chip in and say that this is my first MF build and it's going really well in Rampage. I made the switch to low-life with barely 800 ES and did alright. I'm up to 1400 ES now and farming Merc Felshrine and Crypts like a boss.

Overall, I'd say the biggest weakness of this build is against spike physical damage from leaping and charging mobs. If they catch you by surprise, then it's pretty easy to get wrecked. My solution to this is: (1) play smart and (2) CWDT- EC - IC - ID setup in a backup helm for heavy physical damage areas, otherwise I use a helm with the 3 single resist purity auras and enable/disable whichever ones are needed for that area.

With that said, this is a very minor weakness. The build is 100% capable of farming Merc content and netting you many rares and currency. It's also cheap as all get out. I put together my 4L totem setup for < 5 chaos and have already made much more than that back on this character.

Edit: Also, I took the Influence cluster earlier than the leveling tree suggests. I just couldn't turn down 20% more everything (energy shield, resists, and mana regen all from auras).

What are your thoughts of getting the +1 curse node, for 4 passives points you can cast elemental weakness or some other curse to improve damage by quite a decent bit
Why Rapth's Globe instead of any good rare ES shield on the budget build?

Because rathpith is a known quantity, and represents an attainable item you can reference. If you have an equally good ES shield, feel free to use it :)

and take those 4 passive points from where?

The easier solution is to get a ring/amulet corrupted with the +1 mod. Personally, with levelled gem, the extra curse wouldn't matter. Packs melt already and I rarely curse.

thanks is for relating your experience. You are right about the only real weakness being spike phys. I've learned to side-step leapers, and devourers bring me no pain anymore since you just need to keep moving in circles and they can't touch you. (Same strat works for leapers)
Just stay away from phys proj spider bosses when low-life is engaged lol

Am now at level 75 and am still enjoying the build. I am currently doing level 68 maps and it seems about right.

With running Clarity, Discipline, Haste and Purity of Elements; I have maxed out my resistances, ES = 3.4K and I don't seem to be having any mana issues.

Now I am level 75, I was able to replace my 'Redbeak' with a 'Doryani's Catalyst'. The only advantage I seem to have acquired was my 'Flame Totem' DPS raising from 1932 to 2016. Maybe I am missing something, but what is the main advantage to a 'Doryani's Catalyst'?

I have been following your 'Skill Tree and here is my equipment.

Plus my origional RedBeak:

Also here is a link to my skill tree:

AFAIK the life leech from Doryani's applies to your totems and their health, basically giving them 1% leech. So, not only is it a bit of a DPS increase it's a survivability increase.
