Basically you just make do with your life pots - it's a playstyle change, if you have good enough evasion then you press the Ruby and Topaz and you are immune to reflect.

Not recommended imho - links for a 5L should be

ST - LMP - WED - LL - CRIT

but for you min-maxing DPS whores out there, go for it.
