I had a little thingy to add to the remark from the guide below. I had a Raging Spirit-DomBlow combo for a while until i decided i didnt really have the tankiness to pluck out rares for Dom Blow and died a bit too often being greedy about them.

This is a bit tricky to achieve, but should be doable reliably with a bit of practice. The main problem with it late game will be terrible accuracy (likely missing 30%+ of the time). Getting one good accuracy mod on jewelry could help a lot, if you can afford to.

When you take the new Skill duration cluster, Resolute Technique is only two points away.
Also, i used to wear a claw with increased attack speed. If you start as Scion and leave trough the attack speed path towards Charisma, you should have just enough attack speed to always hit the mob again when the DomBlow window for your spirits expires. (As such you will always get the rare for your army.)
