Awesome! I have a number of questions about the leveling tree (mostly the 85 points tree) though:
1. Why do you choose Hired Killer over Quick Recovery? Do you value 20 life on kill over 40% manaregen and 0.8% life regen?
2. Why don't you take EB at 85 points? Even if you're still using Spectral Throw at that time to level, it's probably best to just take it so you can run AA asap. And if you're still using Spectral Throw to level, why spec into so much crit?

I'm personally still using the wand attack speed nodes at level 87, because they give me so much accuracy that it's more dps than the damage nodes - even though the damage nodes give more pure dps. Of course I don't have max accuracy rolls on all my jewelry, so that might be a factor, but it might be something to consider while leveling.

I've been following your build in Beyond, and it's been amazing! For leveling though, I would suggest using the following tree, to get more damage (at the cost of some crit, because you probably don't have a 6L yet at this point) and EB at 85 points:

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to ask this. What do you think of the new Herald of Thunder gem? With the current mana reservation in this tree it's possible to run another 25% aura. I'm currently using Tempest Shield for the 6% block, but I might consider using Herald of Thunder for more damage. Any thoughts on that?
