Nothing new in this, but Skyforth - thanks for posting the guide, its always interesting to see how people work out their build. Obviously the new wand makes this build cheaper than usual, when you dont need a xxx ex priced mirrored elemental wand.

I played EB/life ele wander even in OB and I can truly recommend it. I´m quite sure chance to shock/freeze/ignite worked differently with GMP and chain then. I can't remember, Still seems a solid option.

Curious as to what your mana regen ended up being.

Edit: Also if you think the build can still use a corrupt Piscators and Doryani's to replace LL in the 6L.

It was just uner 300, which is more than enough for a level 20 AA and spamming endlessly with the mana cost nerfs.

You can use a corrupt Piscators by itself and you'll have more than enough leech. It must be fire or lightning though.

I just wander (i'm so sorry) how viable it will be @65.
I got the equipment already but this tree seems REALLY tight on points..
I dont mind if my damage and tankiness will suck at first though.
What should be my goal pre-70?
Getting all the aura clusters + hp ?
or sacrificing 1 or 2 auras?

Sacrifice damage nodes. (Elemental damage, wand damage etc)

What are your current thoughts on an ele wander vs phys wander in terms of damage and survivability? It seems the majority answer is that phys wander is the strongest option right now if going wands.

Ele wander. I highly doubt you can get 20k GMP chain dps as phys wander with a wand that costs <1ex

I dont want to be offensive or say you wrong about ele vs phys, but dont forget you have 20k dps with lvl 21 auras, every other gem max lvl and quality and corrupted to maximum effect, and alpha howl and perfect piscator, that gear have more than 1 ex price

Oh yea definitely. Infact i could push 25k+ if i used a corrupted 1% leech wand.

However, the fact is if you want to go a phys wander it'll be significantly more expensive (High es, res, acc helm) and other gear that would drive the prices up even more than an elemental wander.
