If it's something like building a website or app, I would consider that as external trading. Even if it's Path of Exile related you would still be receiving in-game compensation for a service outside of the game's economy.

Two things i am seeing : 1. A big picture, infographic style. 2. Or, an app/website encouraged by Mirror+Legacy Kaoms+Other stuff other players can offer. The thing is at the end, he will realise that he does not need any currency since he has all the knowledge to dominate market(Maybe not Standard market because of D2*** users). So let's make the biggest comprehensive image possible, PC related. Many players could unite to do it. The informations first the image later. Several prizes for several efforts. You're welcome to arrange whichever projects you would like to see, they just couldn't be done for in-game currency.

" He is not "buying" an app, or website - he is motivating anyone who can do it FOR EVERYONE to use. He won't own that app or website in the end, so considering that RMT is going too far. Would you consider people giving away their free items to streamer a RMT? Streaming is their work = time = money = RMT? Can we get a little real here? If anyone is willing to give away some currency to make some stuff you can't do because you have no time to do so, either offer some stuff yourselves or DO NOTHING. If your rules prevent from such productive stuff to happen, your rules suck. Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance.
