Molten Strike Scion
I have to say I have seen a couple of other molten strikers out there and feel I should point out that (while interesting) some are terribly non optimal. Mind you I'm not saying my build is the ultimate end all molten striker and also it's nice to see people trying new theories. I just feel that if anyone sees a build relying mostly on physical damage and that doesn't use point blank, they should imo try a different build (not necessarily mine). That said I have another build update but it's still in the experimental phase so use at your own discretion.
CURRENT 1.2 BUILD level 72 ALSO EXPERIMENTAL

I am finally getting close enough to a finished concept so once tech support tells me why I cant edit my original post I will be adding my current build with gear etc.

Okay so waiting for support to do anything is like watching a glacier move. So I'm just going to post the new build here and (hopefully) merge it into the original post once I can edit it.
This is going to be a work in progress but I have to say that this build is still really fun to play. With Herald Of Ash Molten Strike seems to have become ridiculously strong. I was going to go with aura reduction nodes and try to pick up Grace but at this point I don't know that its necessary. If I don't change my mind about not using Grace I will most likely drop Iron Reflexes. This build is mostly centered around attacks per second (currently at 3aps with 116% aps modifier which puts me at 6.5aps) so if your damage seems low (mines currently around 12k) please use the scaling formula provided in the original build post.
CURRENT GEAR
Obviously A few pieces of my gear need work but I still easy high level maps. Which is imo a testament to the fact that you don't need top tier gear (aside from Doryani's) for this to work. WHAT IS NEEDED. DORYANI'S CATALYST! With Herald Of Ash gem in Doryani's adding level 20 Elemental Proliferation and all of the other stats from this weapon it is REtarded how good it is. Otherwise gear suggestions from original build post is fine. As Far as BANDITS This time around I went OAK-OAK-KILL EM ALL! My Gem configuration has pretty much stayed the same. At this point I haven't managed to link my Belly Of The Beast beyond 4. Once I do get 5-6 links I will add Life Leech Gem first and then Attack Speed Gem.
