whats the difference between using cyclone and barrage to proc?
Because you could replace gmp with another spell if using cyclone right?

Cyclone = no void batteries
That's the main difference.
+ Cyclone is more steady and easier to play but is very dependant on the weapon, barrage triggers more but you are standing still and it's harder to aim.

Why not go "cast on death" discharge with max charges etc?
Effect should be similar.

What do you recommend as levelling with this build? Or is this a end game only build?

For anyone who wants to try this build,here is mine updated build.
Reflect is really dangerous.im using LL gem and warlord mark and i still need to use topaz flask.I have some screens in the link too.

I leveled this character as a fire discharger, not as a coc but you can try if you find or have a decent crit dagger or wand it should work fine.

How important GMP compare to Increased Aoe and ability to swap it for con effect on bosses, or +1 voll and empower combo?
Btw,for people who have problem with reflect,i found solution for it.There is one only way to survive reflect and keep using dual void batteries,you need to use VP,20L Purity of Lightning,Warlord's mark curse(which grants 2% leech like gem,I am using it with blasphemy), life leech gem and before reflect mob drink atziri promise and new 10% Lightning pen Vessel of Vinktar flask(Regular Topaz flask will work too,but this new flask is BiS).If you have a lot of currency I am recommending to use Voll's Devotion with +1 curse and use this best damage/survive aura setup blasphemy+assassin's mark+Warlord's Mark with 4 level enlightenment and 20L Purity of Lightning in different slot.This setup will reserve 95% of ur mana so you still have some mana to cast barrage.If you dont have +1 curse voll just use AA instead of AssMark(kappa).

Another big difference is that you are stationary during barrage but mobile with cyclone. This is both a good and bad thing. Puncture effects hurt you more with cyclone.

However, you can't be stunned while cycloning.

Hi, I don't think there is anything special I could bring to the leveling process, you can take pretty much any coc build as a reference for leveling and respec when you are high lvl enough/have the gear.

As for the gear you can make it work with a 5L Voll's protector and a high crit + atk speed wand or dagger. For the rest you need the usual stats hp, res, accuracy, crit etc...
