[2.2] Brentorg's Nutter Discharger Build (Wand CoC) TOP DPS

Hi all,

I'm refreshing this build presentation for 2.1 as it had become oversaturated

Commonly known as the Nutter Discharger, this is a dynamic, versatile and very powerful build that focuses on maximum damage + maximum fun.
The main characteristic is that it is made to discharge with all charges up at any given moment.

The first version was viable for a long time, it was making use of ice spear + gmp + pcoc to get power charges efficiently. After the shotgun nerf, it had to be replaced with glacial cascade.
But now, with 2.1, comes an even better alternative : Blade Vortex.

21/04 update

Major overhaul of the build in all aspects. The gear and gem changes :


In brief : Conductivity replaced with elemental weakness, Maligaro's gloves replaced with Voidbringer, Doryani's belt replaced with hp belt, added phase run in CWDT IC combo, Blade Vortex moved out in a separate COC combo > More casts at once and a lot more powerful discharges, more health in the tree + Assassinate replaced with Deadly Infusion.

The new passive tree (2 of the jewels are Volley Fires):



With these changes, the health pool is increased by 800 points (from more or less 3k initially) and the ES by 200.
The Discharge damage tooltip :



One discharge is often enough to kill Doedre or Argus.
I will see if a short usage of Righteous Fire is viable on top of that.

23/04 update

Another step further.
A few changes and optimizations on gear and in the tree. New deadly combo.

For those wondering the dps is in my view like 3 Million but it's hard to calculate. I anihilated double shipyard boss in 6 people party in like half a second.

Gaining more survivability is not hard at all I already grabbed a
and am back in the leveling process. The next point will be spent on elemental adaptation. Combined with the shield we already got 82% resist, + with a purity or two 86%. Elemental reflect shouldn't be a problem at all if wearing a topaz / ruby flask at all times.

I just watched the video, it looks really awesome and like a whole lot of fun to play this.
I also liked the extra combos you present in the end, Arc + Cold Snap looked really groovy :)

Thanks for sharing this, will keep this spec in mind for when I get rich (whenever that may be :P )

If you think about it it's going to handicap more than it will benefit the build.

Keep in mind, if you saw the video, that with this build I can double curse
+

and sustain

Then the damage is even more ridiculous.

Do you actually get double charges from that? If so, definitely a cool way to maintain constant discharge.

Lol are you implying I could just waste a socket ? Yes you get 1.72 charges per crit that way.
