i dont feel like updating the thread, i'm just gonna link gear with gem setup and stats i've been using recently.
i've switched to mana based build so i could optimized it a bit since i've been playing acrobatics version most of the time. This is the gear:

You can check the skill and aura setup in the gear, but to keep it brief, i'm using Hatred+HoA+Purity of Elements. Main attack skill is Cleave + Multistrike + Added fire + Increased AoE/Conc effect For mapping i use Inc AoE and for bosses Conc effect Dps with Inc aoe is 29k (with frenzy charges) and radius is HUGE, 28 radius is 25% of the screen area. It basically turns Cleave into a semi-ranged attack and i've been experimenting with knockback flasks, knockback can keep all melee monsters out of range. Its enough dps to 3shoot packs (1multistrike hit) on 78 maps. With conc effect dps is 47k with frenzy charges and 56k with atziri's promise defensive stats are: 6.6k life 75/75 block/spellblock (would be 73% without corrupted amulet) 76/75/75/-11 res around 4.4k armour i definitely can't recommend anyone using double strike in a non crit build anymore. Cleave beats it for anything except uber atziri and palace dominus. | |

Hi guys.
Have you seen a new skill tree? My guildmates say that this Woe+Bor build will be completely dead with no chances in 1.3.0. Unable to cap block/spellblock, unable to gain old HP/Offence/Defence stats... All build mechanics literally break into pieces :-( What do you guys think? What shall we do? Will it be possible to revamp a build with all the same efficiency? Or, at least, 80-90% efficiency? Or we better find absolutely new build with another idea, skills and mechanics? I really like this one and don't want to change it. Hope it's possible to fix it in 1.3.0. Sorry my bad english, I'm not the native speaker. Please treat with understanding.

Its still possible to get up to 73% block chance, but then you have to say goodbye to damage and life.
To be honest, i thought WoE+BoR became pretty insane in 1.2 skill tree (max block/spellblock, 6000-7000 life depending on the level and around 40-50k dps with conc effect cleave). Then again if you compare that build's survivability and dps with truly insane builds it looks like utter crap. I would have been glad if it was nerfed closer to how it was in 1.1 skill tree, but to nerf it beyond that and make it garbage, i definitely didn't see that coming. Also, block has received a nerf across the board. It will be interesting to see what kind of changes they make to melee skills and how this new melee trigger skills that are being introduced funcion, but with what i see on the tree, those skills will need to be way more insane then crit currently is if they want to make anyone interested in playing melee non crit build ever again. Right now I think that we will have to rebuild it as a pure blender build and stack damage and life deep into marauder tree. Probably ignore most of ranger area. However there will need to be serious gains in life and damage because we will have only around 50%block chance among with spell block, which is still quite good for tankiness. However I doubt that I'll be playing this build next patch. I'll update my thread with latest tree once I get to making one (could use your help ogrec). However I will spec to a new build as I don't feel like playing a gutted version of this.
