[OUTDATED] Zivko's WoE + BoR build - Seems like the build is dead

Why don't you go for ondar's guile? Is it simply because your evasion is to low when using dual wield and BoR?
I'm playing Beyond with this spec and I kinda like Ondar's Guile alot so I was wondering if it was usefull late game.

Evasion is too low to be worth it imo, only around 15-20% depending on enemy accuracy. Also 75% block, 40% dodge enough to evade most of the damage on their own, i never actually encountered any ranged attack that would be a problem with this build, not even spear from Atziri is an issue due to blind and immortal call.

You'd need lazhwar and rainbowstrides for spellblock, but you can keep that axe and soul taker if you don't feel like getting Wings. Your spellblock will suffer a bit, but it should still work.

P.S. I own a near perfect non-legacy soul taker and i dont use it because wings is better.

Is this build perfect or is there any item that may be replaced? The main idea of this build was low price so i thought maybe u sacrificed some expensive items that could improve this build

First of all, that is a legacy version of rainbowstrides, non legacy has +20% max resistance. Check my gear in first post, i'm using a non-legacy version. Second, it would be harder to make it work, but not impossible. If you have trouble finding gear to cap resistances, you can probably trade those rainbowstrides you have for a non legacy version with higher block chance and some extra currency.

Is my version worth more than the non legacy version? if so can you give me a rough price range thanks :D.

if its not too much trouble id like you to look at my tree and currently gear to tell me how i can improve and maybe even do Atz one day :D

In terms of unique items, no. Its not easy go get good rare items that compliment the build.

I think its needless to say items like that are very expensive.

Gear is ok, except that you need rainbows and are missing a lot of life on gear. You can probably get 2exalted orbs for that 8% res rainbows you got.

the prolem with the tree you proposed is that im missing int therefore i cannot use the rainbowstrides :/

Didnt realize your rings have almost no int.
You need 151 int for level 20 purity of lightning anyway. You can take ancestral knowledge notable and replace one of your rings with something one with more int.

Hiho, I started with the build on the new Rampage league. Going good so far, only at level 50 because I do not have much time to play.

My question is more general. Is there any tool where I can put in Gear and Gems and see which stats Int/Str/Dex I need to wear it?
Because at the moment my main weakness is that I cannot wear axes due lack of strength. So I want to know which stats are required for the End-Game gear (WoE, BoR, Stone of Lazhwar, Rainbowstride, ...) with all Gems level 20.

As you mentioned already in a previous post Purity of Lightning @20 does need 151 Int. But what about the Str and Dex requirements. I am just corious so I can better calculate my gear.

You need around 110 Dex and around 155 Str once your gems hit level 20.
You can check gear i'm using (1st post, 'Gear' section, open spoiler named 'Gear used on standard'), you can hover with mouse over the items and gems inside them, all the items and gems show up level and attribute requirements.
