[OUTDATED] Zivko's WoE + BoR build - Seems like the build is dead
Hello, I recently started doing this build for piety/dominus runs and I feel a little bit weak to physical damage for example on the way to Dominus. I've noticed you have an immortal call in your links but you do not have an enduring cry. Do you get all your endurance charges from blocking? I find that kind of hard to believe to be reliable. Cheers for a super cheap build!
Here's my gear so far.

And defensive sheet without any flasks up.

Any suggestions? |

" Yes, i suggest you read Skill Setup section of the guide, all the skills and support gems used are listed there, including Enduring Cry. |
|
" I'm sorry, I missed that. Disregard. |

I killed Atziri for the first time today at lvl 83 :D
Here's my gear: She healed a lot when adds were spawning from 3 different locations and the fight felt like it lasted forever even when i replaced melee splash with added fire outside of the healing phase. My tooltip dps is 16679 and i wonder how how much better a 120% ipd WoE and quality gems(and max level gems^^) would be. |

GZ
Once you upgrade melee splash to 20% quality, healing phase will be a lot easier. Using temp chains spell totem would help a lot too, if you weren't using it already. Just replace IC with spell totem and vaal haste with temp chains. |

Hey Ogrec they released the new passive skill tree, would love to see what your opinions are on it.
REMOVED URL, READ EDIT. What I've gathered so far: - All HP Nodes are nerfed as expected - nodes leading to Blade Barrier has been incredibly buffed - Ambidexterity have been moved in the same cluster as Blade Barrier (not taken in the build but could be nice this time around?) - 8% HP cluster near the Ranger area has been merged with Herbalism - Life increase from Duality cluster has been removed - Bravado cluster moved near Berserking cluster - Life and armour cluster has been removed (?) near the Bloodless cluster - Blood Drinker moved to where the Purity of Essence was and took it's place (harder to access as well) - Fell of the Weak harder to reach but has better nodes leading to it - Elemental Adaptation is removed EDIT: aaaand apparently the tree everyone looked at (the one Mors posted) is outdated.. just check Chris' official post in general discussion. I couldnt update my post about the changes either since im on my phone now, about to go to bed.. Last edited by SenpaiTypeBeat#4068 on Aug 14, 2014, 1:30:48 AM

This tree is a huge buff to block builds in general. Also, if there ever was incentive to play 2H weapon melee builds, its gone with the disappearance of maximum resistance nodes.
I dislike the tree a lot, even thou its very very good for this build. Here's pros: -its easier to get more life -its easier to get more dmg -its easier to get more block Cons: -lower maximum resistance, but not a huge deal... at least not for this build Scion has the best start now, with Duelist being 1 point behind. Its possible to get to 68% block chance as Scion with no Bringer of Rain and its possible to take Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics and slightly more damage at the expense of 200hp less then the current version of the build has. Build i'm looking at now would be a lot better but also a lot more expensive then the one posted in the first post as it needs Alpha's Howls, 6L chest and lvl 21 purities. Brakedown of possible lvl 93 Scion Build: 20k dps without bloodrage 68% block/spellblock (72% with corrupted lazhwar) 30% chance to avoid being stunned 40% chance to dodge attacks 30% chance to dodge spells Freeze Immunity (Alpha's) 33% chance to avoid being chilled 8% chance to avoid being shocked and ignited 65% block recovery (this removes the need to look for block&stun recovery on the gear) 81/81/81 elemental resistances 5.5k life I'll wait for the final tree to be released before i post the build as there might be changes. 6L is gonna be a belly of the beast eh? :)

Lightning coil would be better for the build i had in mind, it gives more evasion (no IR) and, more importantly, phys dmg reduction.

There are so many accurcy notes. Can you skip resolute technique now?
