VictorDoom's 2h Marauder, 7.7k life(no kaoms) huge dps[Uber Killed, with video] [2.0]
I just can't seem to get anywhere close to your dps. Can you give me any hints on what I'm missing. Is 20q gems that big of a difference?

" Well the dps you are missing is mostly the extra link, which is concentrated effect, 69% More damage, its the best dps support in the game really, the uqality on the gems really doesnt add much, the only ones worth qualing to 20% is life gain on hit and cyclone. Also, dont ditch LGoH unless you feel like you really need more dps because life gain on hit is amazing with cyclone, it makes your char almost immortal unless you get 1 shot, and theres a small chance of getting 1shot when you have 7k life. Im kinda doing this build,not following it blindly,but path of passives is almost the same.
My gear:

Passive tree: Im doing 4,8 k without concentrated efect gem(about 7k with it),and for now im kinda easy going(soon Dominus merc,when i hit level 65),death now and then,mostly cause of bad play. I was thinking for defensive part going for CWDT(lvl4)-Enduring cry-molten shell-and some curse probably enfeeble. Other CWDT(max lvl) would be linked to Immortal call-increased duration and mb decoy totem? Would u recommend me something else?Is it a good choice? Question about auras;I wanted to run hatred,grace and herald of ash,should i only take 1 passive reserved mana like in ur tree?Cause when i do the calculation with reserved aura calculator,it seems like i would need passives put all the way to sovereignty..Please some clarification would be highly appreciated.Also small comment on my gear would be great,even though I know i need a lot of optimization,especially for some life rolls on gear... Ty in advance!!! |

" I dont think you could run all 3 60% auras, just 2 and a herald even with all the nodes You can just run hatred, grace and herald to be even tankier, if you feel like you have enough armor you can just run haste because haste is pretty good with cyclone since it increases attack speed by a nice amount and movement speed as well which makes clear speed faster I carve and sell real animal skulls, check out my work here: https://www.instagram.com/victorseiche/

" That's 14+12% mana reservation in those two clusters. Combined with Lvl20 reduced mana, you get 0.71*0.74 = 0.52 mana reserve multiplier, meaning: yes, you could then run three 60% auras. HOWEVER: Lvl 20 Haste is 16% attackspeed. With increased aura effect of 16%, it's 18% attackspeed. You are paying (counting from Sentinel, because that's a pretty good node that's definetly not wasted) 14 skillpoints (!!!) for the swap of "Haste vs. Herald of Ash". 14 skillpoints! Click me Removed those 14 points, added: 3x attack speed in marauder start: 12% Wrecking Ball cluster: 41% damage, 12% attack speed By the Blade: 36% damage, 4% attackspeed ...Life and Chaos resist next to sovereignty, another 5% node at Templar ...and HoA instead of Haste. That's way more damage, it is even more attackspeed, more life... ...for a bit of Evasion rating and move speed. So: 100% not worth it. Haste is a horrible aura for a melee build that does not have very specific ideas and hasn't taken the attack speed nodes all around him. Btw: in your tree, you didn't take Resolute Technique.
