ReverendBizzarre: ele cleave templar [6k life, 45k+ dps]

So, is it really a good idea to skip inner force? That's what's been bothering me about this build, literally every other guide I've seen gets inner force due to how good it is

" It pretty clearly is better if you don't have great gear. It isn't better for you, because your gear is quite good. " This is true, but only when you get the good gear. A newer player/character without access to great gear should take inner force. They can respec out of it later if/when they get good enough gear. Do flat damage mods on rings and auras add to BOTH weapons? So essentially a 5-10 fire dmg ring would do 10-20 with cleave and ontop of that, you have Weapon Elemental Damage applied to both weapons? Cleave builds do a lot of damage....

I made an ele cleave a few hours ago and this guy is DISGUSTINGLY strong. I had some ele stuff saved from my other characters and small tiny upgrades added tons of dps. I just finished normal and I 1-2 shotted mobs every act and I used 2x Quicksilver flasks of adrenaline |70% movespeed), it was insane.
I've never had any character close to this strong, not my ice witch, la ranger or groundslam marauder. Cleave is the ONLY aoe spell in game that uses both weapons so it is extremely strong.... Last edited by woodyfly#3854 on Apr 4, 2013, 4:15:24 AM

if i went with the bloodrage duelist build.. should i add in a flicker strike to the build ? will there be any downsides?

" You wont do much more damage than with cleave and flicker is prone to desync unfortunately, but it is a fun skill though, you can use it in lower maps to clear them even faster since you 1shot lower level mobs at higher levels I carve and sell real animal skulls, check out my work here: https://www.instagram.com/victorseiche/

" It was not really twink gear. All I had was a 2-22 lightning gloves, 2-20 lightning ring. Most of the damage came from the auras. As a matter of fact, I haven't upgraded anything in 20 levels and I'm still 2 shotting mobs |
