[INV #1 SHADOW] EXALTON'S BLOODSEEKER GUIDE

What do you think about Kaom's Roots? Since it has US passive it can save a lot of passive points, cannot be knockback is good too.

I think that they are bad for any purpose since they do not have movement speed. They are especially bad for this build since you lose a lot of ES! You want the mana reservation node by US, so you might as well pick it up.

If you don't pick up oak's 18% phys dmg, why do you take the 12% nodes at the shadow start? You would save 4 points and use 2 to go out of the bottom, which would leave you with 2 more points and way more flexible.

The reason for this is that I want exactly every single node on my tree atm, to reach 99% resistances. I would never trade away 4 decent nodes for 2 useless nodes. There are no 2 nodes that gives 3% movement speed and 36% physical damage, so I don't agree that it would leave me "way more flexible".

FYI I do plan to pick up the 18% cruel reward now that I am about to get level 98.
First of all - excuse me for bad english) Few noob questions, as always.
Exalton, what is your suggestion for skills to use at early levels? Should i use reave and shield or maybe smth else? What skills you used in your journey at early (under 70) levels?

Hi,

I started using dual strike + melee splash + multistrike at low level. Then switched to double strike + shield at level ~55. Then when I got my hands on a Bloodseeker at level 62 I went with Dual strike again.
Hey exalton, what belt would you recommend for more DPS damage? I've been using Meginord's Girdle, and I can't find anything else that increases my damage. Using any rustic sash drops my dps damage down by 500-1k. Any other belts for suggestions to try?

Thank you for the guide, have been following ever since you uploaded that video and everything has been going great!

Don't you think you would want to skip those starting points and just get dervish?

How can you even ask that.... If the node was 1-3 nodes away your question would make more sense. But now....

It's not a stupid question if you consider starting out as a Duelist instead. You could skip the ES/Eva nodes in Shadow area and use all those points to take the route from Duelist to Iron reflexes and make the same build.

The problem that I see is that you miss out on the previously mentioned ES/Eva nodes, and you will also lose a good deal of % physical damage. I would also feel locked in as a duelist since you can't switch builds as flexible as the Shadow or Scion. I also like the movement speed that I pick up in the Shadow area, and I'd probably vote for Shadow anytime until you get soultaker since you need Mind drinker as well.

It is possible to ignore the Shadow area altogether though, and just pick up more %ES nodes in favor of the block that the duelist area adds.
