[1.1.4] Windz's Mjolner Build (Atziri and end game viable) SC/HC

Hey there i'm really into your build i may give it a try,but just to make sure,the Witch passive tree is it viable for Atziri in ambush or i have to go with the survival one.I don't get it is the survival passive tree for HC/Invasion/Atziri only,or it applies to ambush as well? :)

Witch is viable for atziri. Might have to lvl as spell caster for a bit until u get more str to swap into groundlslam or other physical skills.

the survival build is mainly for the 3 guardians in atziri fight. with extra endruance charges and increased duration nodes, you can safely dps them with 13+sec immortal call.

since your playing ambush, if you dont mind deaths, i suggest the dps variant as it will have more dps, thus faster clears.

But even without any dps nodes, lvl78 maps and atziri are very easy and fast.

Thank you for your answer windz,i'll try and let u know how it goes for me,i am currently leveling a witch with DD searing bond,flameblast,will re-spec once i reach higher level and have all the requirements to equip Mjolner :) btw i love the fact u have block nodes in your tree,i personally cant live without those in any of my builds after i understood how it works,only because of that i'm expecting this build to work flawlessly :)

how much mana do you have unreserved when all is said and done? my gems are still so i'm still like 10 or os levels away from level 20 reduced mana and i'm currently running about 400-500 unreserved when i use all my auras including determination and about 1.1k when not using discipline

i run with 500-600 mana unreserved for both maps and atziri.

sometimes when i know i will need a big mana pool, i take off disc

just an update, i am selling this guys gears now so thats why some pieces wont be verified.

Just wondering why you're running discipline. The fact is, without discipline, your freed mana should be much more than with discipline which reserved 40% of your mana pool.

e.g. without discipline, your mana pool maybe 2.7k and after reserving mana for tempest shield, purity of lightning and clarity, you should be left with well over 1.4k mana. With discipline, your total mana could be 3.6k but after reserving 40% for discipline + the other 3 skills, you're only left with 600+.

thats true and sometimes i do remove it and replace it with purity of fire for atziri. usually for maps though, the 500 unreserved with disc is sufficient because disc increases the total mana pool, which gives me 50+ mana regen
