i feel like using lmp or gmp is such a waste because you got very high ias and it chains a lot might be interesting if you test something else instead of gmp/lmp just saying

" While gmp/lmp might seem luxurious, i dont think there is a better gem that will help clear faster. After the LS, there is a slight delay before arcs shoot out. So with gmp, you are able to get more arcs out. If there is a rare or even a boss, you are able to deal the most damage to them before you switch to single target skill. On a big pack with GMP, you shoot 7 projectiles which will chain 3 times = 28 hits * 50% to proc = 14 arcs. Because LS damage alone isnt strong enough to kill the mobs, you are able to fully utilize the projectile chains so every LS, on average, you shoot 14 arc waves. Now without GMP, you shoot 3 projectiles which chains 3 times = 12 hits * 50% = 6 arcs. So thats 6 arc waves per LS, which might kill some mobs off but have some standing. SO your burst is weaker and the rare/boss is left with more hp and have more stranglers to finish off. However if you need survivability, you can add blind, life leech, or reduced mana. Should this build work with 6L belly of the beast?
Well I m using a very similar build, but I think I have low defences, I m lvl 84 and aztiri is close to impossible to me. My items:

" Wow the build is identical haha. The problem i see here is that while you do have the block/spell block, you dont have MoM to help mitigate more of the damage. the 40% is huge. just a switch from your current chest to cloak of defiance will make you be able to do atziri. Can kill Atziri without the need of life leech or doryanis belt. So with light pen, the kill is much faster

Hi i have two questions...
1. Why you dont use arctic armour? You have a lot of mana and mana reg... 2. Why why 2 x arc + iron will ? its not better 1x arc, 1x iron wil and lighht pen? 3. Purity of lighting is neceesary? can i put on this place determination? I want try this build on invasionn and i think it can work fine! " This build def works in invasion. I have a better survivalbility build for less dps which is ideal for uber atziri and hc. I made this build with arctic armor in mind but I never had the gem slot for it. If you can run it thats awesome. I currently have 330 mana regen so high lvl aa is doable. I actually use arc arc light pen. Arc light pen iron will might be the same dps for single target, buy double arc have better aoe clear. Can hit more than 5 mobs if the arcs jump differently. purity of light is only needed for reflect mods and atziri piety dominus fights. Determination is usless bc of low armor. You can use it though or have more unreserved mana for bigger hits |
