I would play this, at least competition would be as fair as it could possibly be!

dude the no grouping goes against the self found league spirit, what you want is nuts go play ofline games on your nintendo or playstation, why would someone play an online game by themselves, what would be the point
No Grouping goes perfectly with SFL, and I would play PoE offline if it were possible. Also about 1/2 the races are solo (no parties).

agree with most of what you suggested, but isn't no group a bit too extreme? maybe raise the difficulty in party? but to be honest party does give lots of advantages.

What sense does finding items yourself from monsters/chests/breakables other people kill? If they remove magic find cullers won't be an issue, then you still have auras and multi-boxing.

What I proposed was just to at least get some form of solidarity on the idea of a true SFL. What I proposed removes all forms of advantage (other than luck). Now it just feels like people want to stomp a league with their friends. If you just need trade removed then play the current leagues and don't trade. They aren't going to remove trade and buff drops just so you can stomp content with your buddies in a SELF FOUND league. Seriously...
I want to compete as a solo player on fair terms, which was the single reason I had supported this remotely. Being able to battle my finds and crafts against other self finders on a ladder.
I truly hope your the only one who feels that way xserpant.

Unless safeguards in the form of extra coding for party member min/max level limit requirements and area party level min/max limit requirements and extra coding for fully instanced loot destroyed on a time basis and/ or character log out (others NEVER see it),then grouping will be exploited to its full potential of trivializing the self found experience.
The meta would be nothing but lifting,trading boss kills for boss kills and boosting.None of which promote a self found ideology.Nothing that character finds will be off its own back and anything it finds in the future will not be self found,but off the backs of others characters,that may or may not have been lifted,boosted and given free progression in a similar fashion.
Without the above extra coding for parties or the league being solo the league would have very little to do with being *self found*.
So for a self found league to be legit it would have to be solo self found because GGG will not mess with coding for that.
