Heavy Summoner Arc Witch Guide [ Video Included ]

Agree with post above me. Plus skellies are fairly slow, having them being cast constantly on top of mobs is extremely useful for keeping pressure off yourself. It also saves time by, as mentioned above, casting a totem in a new room/area, the skelly spam begins taking aggro creating the meat shield and doing damage before you can even see what's there. With arc being somewhat auto tracking, you can even debuff the mobs you can't see.

I love this build. it helped me steamroll through everything up until cruel piety, i went in and my minions got her down to half health almost immediately, then I got one shot by a random attack.
Piety is a real chore. I probably died six times before I was able to get her down. My advice is to get a partner/group to kill the major act bosses and then solo farm everything else. Dropping Chain and picking up Elemental Proliferation was probably the biggest improvement to the build I have experienced.
Piety is the only real issue with a summoner, every other boss you can just lock in place and watch die. She's not too hard just annoying due to the porting around, makes her near impossible to just pin down like every other boss.
What would be the main stat in this build? Energy shield? Or perhaps Health since we have so many health nodes in our build?

Sorry if I'm gonna ask something stupid XD, but I don't understand the reason for all that increased Health, is it necessary? Is this build meant to be played in HC?

I'm new and playing normal, would u say that's safe to give priority to summons and drop those health passives, also considering that at a later level (as the poster did) one is gonna probably switch to CI?

Missing few chaos resist gear with 10 zombie 4 spectre(Flame Sentinels rox) 15 skele, but im focus on fire dmg only.

Current gems:
Raise zombie + Minion DMG + Minion HP + Minion Speed(ill replace it for Add fire DMG) +2 gems in head
Raise skeletons + Minion HP + Spell totem + random gem, currently think about add fire dmg
Raise spectre + Minion DMG + Increased Crit/multiplier + Item rarity + Faster casting

Curse:
Flammabality + Increased AOE + Anger

Aura:
Anger prio
Clarity mixed with Discipline or Purity(depend of party auras) found Discipline best for minion survival

My often play looks like cast curse to pull mobs, put totem skeletons and w8 for spectre to deal with everything. With all buffs got 2.4k HP 1.3k ES only rangers with chaos dmg dots can be annoying due low resist for it and jump/charge mobs can hit pretty hard :)

Still mising 6L armor for max support spectres but its not necessary, because low mana regen dont allow me to cast Arc like similiar build here. Double totem looks good but on last maps 68+ lvl mobs die very quickly without shock debuff and also spending 9 points just for 1 debuff is too much loss in survivability. With few levels left Im aim for max resist + increased aura or Eldritch battery(only if i reach 3k hp+).

Question:
Which dmg talents increase minions dmg except minion nodes and minion instability? Does fire dmg from talents(Immolation etc) boost spectre?

The only nodes that apply to minion damage are the ones that specifically state it. Fire damage nodes do not help summon damage or even minion instability damage.

I posted in a different summoner topic, but does anyone have any info on the best 4th gem for a spectre? I am choosing between added chaos damage and faster casting speed for my flame sentinels.
