take this game + league of legends engine = an amazing game that everyone will want to play because of a badass talent tree and a game that moves different..no "desync" as its called...


its very possible... if they just take the time and money which they probly do they could make it amazing

it's not the game itself that need a re-code, it's the whole netcode that need a revamp and how the server handles lattency... Desync is not an issue, it's GGG FIX to latency on their end... If you haven't understand that yet then you have some ways to go...

Balancing loot table? Much easier than revamping the whole network route, etc.

And you really wanna talk about market balance with the latest updates PoE has gone through?

It is true that it is not my game, that it is free, that it was free a year ago and that I stop playing for the same reason...

I believe PoE could be the next D2, like Median XL sort of was for it's time... if it wasn't for desync and run on a slightly brighter tone...

But I'm sure GGG is quite happy by making new effects made by one or two guy than having to check the netcode and potentially put the game down for a while...

I'm fully allowed to make a coincidental funny remark once every few thousand posts, best of it all was it was just a remark about the threads count being over 9000 by my own click coz i randomly saw it at 8999, not attacking anyone.

OP is right.

Mainly because PVP in PoE is just terrible, and im only gonna grind for hours on end with a terribad drop rate for so long.

I play here in spurts. Not enough reward vs time spent in my honest opinion.

And if you think fixing desync should be a priority idk what to tell you./

Ive been playing here for quite a while and ive never died due to desync. And if I did I cant recall when the last time that was.

Totally agree with OP. Curently end game is still on beta level. There are no improvements here.

And it seems GGG is a bit tired of making major changes to the game. So they focusing more on minor things that will give them money(new skills with cosmetics, other stuff) and provide them more opportunities to develop the game better.

It's like the current gear/trading meta

You can grind maps to get gear, which sounds logical for ARPG game or... Focus on accumulating currency and then just buy what you want. Second option of course much more reliable.

In another words not a bad thing, if it will give us better game in the end.

Last major change was 2 moths ago with SOTV lol.

You can go back to any other game like D3 which makes changes every 4+ months, and NOT major changes most of the time.

Also endgame in beta level, sure, so you already killed Atziri, uber Atziri and farming 78 maps right?

I saw 78 maps. Saw atziri, didn't even bother with uber version.

My point is why even do this 78 maps or uber atziri? And which is the most important why to get lvl 100? PVP is broken so lvl 100 is useless waste of time, and grinding same maps for loot over and over when you already bought plenty of exalteds worth gear is kind of bullshit, don't you think?
