FoxTactic's - Righteous Arcer\Surgeon - No update for 1.2

Highly optimized build, excellent!

Currently running it on my 76 witch, still need some gear, but very nice already.


Can't wait to see how you further improve it!

in the gear section i see multiple level 4 empowers mentioned...is that really needed to down uber?

You had some huge life regen happening during that fight. Did you switch out and run a Life Leech?

Could probably do it with level3 empower on main cast. Not gonna try it though. But im pretty sure i could.

Uhm no, it was during the clone phase? i only have 1% leech, but since i dont take any reflect dmg during the clone phase i leech from all 4 atziri's, so my leech becomes huge.

Yes.

+% aura nodes for PoL (lvl 23 i am assuming fox?)

+30% flask effieciency from witch tree

+max resis from templar top and marauder section.

= 100% lightning immunity durring flask up-time (also 40% flat physical reduction with LC)

max resist are better then a block build atm :p.

In the full apex video, why does your lightning res jump from 89 to 79 when you remove Saffell's at around 7 minutes 30 seconds in? I thought Saffell's only gives 4% max res?

Edit: Nevermind, 91 max res, got it.
