So you want to trigger 24 casts of a level 7 gem with 30% effectivness per second? This should do no damage, even without the penalty of 70% less damage.
I wonder if there is something I overlook, 'cause this looks like something without any potential.

i used cloak of defiance when designing it plus the uniques you mentioned. also could change it to a block build because you won't "block" the damage cause it's a spell. hence why no spell dodge.
Not sure but you might benefit from changing on of the cadences in the 6l to either increased AoE or Concentrated Effect.

So many build ideas... no time....
Using cascade reflection you could power a minion factory of 8 skeletons and 4 raging spirits per second, thats in addition to whatever you cast. Aided by wrath/anger/minion boosts they could be dangerous even at mid-low level.

Or using frostwall in a separate cwdt you might have the ultimate cheese build.

I tried that a while back. Couldnt do it. Seems its impossible to stun yourself.

sadly, you can not stun yourself
you can block your own reflected damage,
but sadly that never triggers block-effect, like the anvil amulet life healed when block

let it be 25damage per cascade hit
25damage per hit * 3hits per cast * 4cast per sec * 17gems = 5100 dps per target







you not need to do 440selfdamage per cascade hit
it only needs to be 1 damage
and it helps, if all 17gems, together do 440self damage
its not ezz, to do 1 selfdamage
12.5avargae GC damage * 0.3cwdt * 3spell damage passives * 1.4Vulnerability on monsters * 0.65punishment reflect * ??0.1 monster armor?? * 1selfarmor is zero = 1.02selfdamage

I beleave, before things like +50%damage taken, or 100%spell damage taken on low mana, and selfcursed Vulnerability will only increase the damage taken, if its above 0.49999999

players are considered to be normal monsters, when it comes to punishment reflect %
