[1.1.2] 2 Glacial Cascade builds [EB - MoM - AA] and [Evasion - AA - 3x60% auras] - 13.04.2014

I am currently level 79 in Invasion and sitting at 6042 dps with 0% quality lvl 18 gems (5L: GC - Faster Castnig - Conc Effect - Added Chaos - Life Leech). Although I went for Crit, i am not using power charges.

At the moment: 1,96 Casts per second; 30,7% Crit Chance & 276& Crit Multiplier. If i ever get a 6L Cloak of Defiance i might reconsider and add PCoC + more max Power Charges.

While i have only like 1% armour (my gear sucks - need the resitances :/) and no shield (2 daggers), i have had no problems up to level 69/70 maps. I am actually feeling quite safe with my MoM & AA Combo (4,6k life & 1,2k unreserved mana) + CWDT/IC. Thanks to AA and life leech i also dont have to worry about reflect maps/mobs.

I'll invest my next skillspoints into Nimbleness (12% Castspeed), Arcane Potency (55% Crit/30% Multiplier) & another 24% Life - not necessarily in that order.

EDIT: LVL 83: 7990 DPS, but lightning warped into Shrapnelbearer and got shotgunned :/

i am following yours thought i immediatly took nimbleness and i Wonder why you prefered choose the +40% mana regenration +1% life regen passive over the "+6%cast speed and +6% move speed" node other side of the tree ?


i am lvl 35, i have both hp+mana management problem due to lack of clarity gem and focusing too much on dps but i will correct this soon.

I would like to see you r stuff medic and gemming plz.

i play with another totem with glacial cascade, i am SO upset to see that we cannot chain or fork with glacial cascade as it is a spell and not a projectile -___-"

And i don't think that even if you take all area dmg nodes and the area gem, it won't be sufficient to cover the whole attack front zone like arc ligthenig ofer or a LMP pulse build where both radius and AOE effect are not missing anyone being in front of you.

i am very upset with the monster who are placing themselves behind me, make me so crazy.

is there a way to extend larger with gear the area dmg to cover the all screen in front of me whe i cast glacial cascade??? xD

this gem should level like this

lvl 1 x-y physical dmg
x-y cold dmg
+x% area dmg<------------ this

so it could be great.

WHY DON'T YOU TAKE MORE COLD DMG NODE ? OR +PHYSICAL DMG NODE ?
