" I don't really get this point. Your shock chance is 25% with a 20 quality arc(and shock node). You don't use crit so that's your only shock chance outside a small 4-8 crit chance. Sure each time it procs you'll get a good shock but it's still limited by its chance to proc. You're not even shocking an enemy half the time when you hit them(unless it arcs on them more than once). " You are missing the main shock stacking source. Spell totem + arc + ele proli. So its actually 50 and add ele prolif to that(which does all the work). Having said that, I like static blows too and prob it would be good addition but certainly not a needed one. IGN: Asphyxir

" I don't know ive heard of people doing this build in hardcore, But it really recommend Righteous Coil arcer for invasion, allthough that build is really more something you respec into late game. I think there was someone who did my build with dual totems for lvling, Sure, should be better for invasion. He was on my stream talking alot, Teddy something? Think he was pretty high up on the invasion ladder. |

I'm trying to make an Arc build for Invasion based on this build and using some parts from my level 87 Flameblast build (RIP).
I think I'm just going to start it fresh for the 2 week race so trying to make it new league viable. I like having Armour so I always include them in my builds. Determination - Discipline(maybe replace with Haste later) - Clarity - Reduced Mana Arctic Armour This build will use Cloak of Defiance. " Hmm looked at the tree, and its way different from what i used to. But are you sure about the bunch of 8% lightning nodes in the templar area, Or lightning weaver above witch? I mean you havent taken the seriously good nodes at the shadow start? 2x16% spelldmg and 2x4% castspeed, i really recommend these nodes instead of a bunch of 8%. Imo i would try removing most of the templar section. I mean the upper section. It's about 15 nodes that i see you can put to better use, elemental nodes goes into the shadow tree, 40% reg node in the early witch tree. The bunch of 8% lightning nodes you can put in the lightning weaver cluster, and another in the shadow tree. I think your wasting to many points in that area. I really try to avoid 8% nodes if possible, but thats just me :D |
