Speaking of which, how is abyssus with this? I was thinking about trying one out, with the block and armor the extra damage shouldnt be too bad, but I dont know.

Also these of course work best with pure psychical builds but it seems like theres enough physical damage for it to still be good? Correct me if im wrong

Abyssus' main draw back is increased physical damage taken, which is heavily mitigated by all the armor and block you get.

You won't benefit from the crit, but the 40-60 damage is likely the biggest stat increase you can get from any helm and the 20-25 all stats really helps with DEX and INT, which you'll likely be starved on.

I would probably keep a Devoto's Devotion or another rare for the fights where you don't want to have increased physical damage taken, but against most things once the rest of your gear is solid it shouldn't be a real draw back. A low crit Abyssus should be cheap enough to experiment with.

Abyssus is made primarily for crit phys builds, but you can still benefit from it in this build. Technically, this is a "pure" physical build, because all skills that transform part of you phys damage to damage of an element work the same way: first, your phys dps is calculated and all your flat phys dmg and increased phys dmg modifiers are applied; THEN, 50% of that damage is converted to elemental damage.

Therefore, ANY phys modifiers, such as the flat phys dmg from abyssus, will boost BOTH your phys part of your dps and your ele part of your dps.

Hi, first of all great guide, i'm currently lvl 75 and I have been shitting on everything and I can afk and still kill monsters ! :P

However I would like to know what is better between earthquake and infernal blow. I tried Ice crash and I don't like it and sunder is fun but way worse than earthquake. I would also like to know if the chaos golem is really useful or not because I find it really difficult to reach 150+ intelligence.

Thanks for the build !

edit : also With doryani's WED gives less damage than added fire damage ( using infernal bnlow) is it normal ?

Earthquake is overall stronger, although Infernal Blow is fun and blowing up corpses has its advantages.

Doryani's adds elemental damage.

Infernal Blow, Ice Crash, and Static Strike all convert 50% of your physical into elemental plus Hatred's 36%, AFD's 44%, and HoA's 15% to total out between 86~145% of your physical as elemental.

WED adds 59% more onto what has been converted/added as elemental.

Note when you use Earthquake you don't get that 50% base conversion so you're only getting whatever supports and auras. If you only had Hatred you're basically getting 36% Cold * 59% WED ~ 21% additional Cold. AFD is giving you 44% so would be better.

tl;dr IB/IC/SS + Hatred will have WED give you more, using EQ or Sunder AFD should give more.

If you're going for Earthquake or Sunder Soul Taker or another weapon might give you better damage since Doryani's is really focused on high elemental damage.

Personally am loving Earthquake, I've only spent about 45c on the build (bringer/belt/mace) and I'm sitting on 22k IncAoe EQ dps running Blasphemy Warlords mar + HoA + AA with plenty of room fr improving.

IB would probably be more tooltip dps but I don't think it is as good as the AOE or effective damage of EQ. Having said that if you end up running a Bringer setup with IB give me a message as I have a Bringer with 10% added IB fire enchant on it.

with 78% block to attack and spells plus Aegis Aurora - do we even need the 6 Endurance Charges?
That one hit you don't block will be heavily mitigated, and definitely can save your life.
