You can use Arctic Armour, for example.

Now my char is lv 86 with all the main gears ( just the same as ur ....aegis/doryanni/rainbow/meginord belt/and a corrupted version of that lapiz amulet with +4% block ) still only have 60% chance of physical block chance.

Can anyone explain to me ?

He uses Rumi flask for the temporary max block
Pretty sure that you can't max block without Bringer of Rain if you want reasonable damage.
It's still possible to have max attack block with Gellig's full tank tree tho, but as ComradeSerge said, the damage will be like 15-20k max without mirrored weapon

Cleared ,so with this passive tree, i can only have like 60% of block chance. and the reason he didn't take the other block nodes is to maintain a good amount of physical dmg ...hmm right now my dps for static strike is 21k witout a 6L i wonder if it's enough?

Is there a reason you kept ICE crash at lvl 11? Is it because it is last level at 14 mana vs the higher levels being 15 and 16 mana cost? Thanks!

No, it's because I'm not playing this build at all currently, and the character I tested it in is in standard, where I just bought an Ice Crash gem from the vendor (which is thus level 11 only) :)

No, because reave doesn't work with maces.

I will switch out the mace nodes and replace them with sword nodes since they are so close. How does reave compare to ice crash?
