Herald of Ice triggers when you shatter an enemy. I tried it on my Ice Crash, it never triggered Herald of Ice. This build has Resolute Technique, so no crits, so no frozen mobs, so no shatter. It will be the same for Herald of Thunder & Static Strike For a while I used Glacial Hammer as a single target skill, it has built-in 25% chance to freeze, plus Hypothermia is 35% chance to freeze, so it worked then. But single targer fights is not what you want the Herald for :). Good afternoon, Really nice build! Using it in Warbands, level 80 atm. I have tons of gear missing (Aegis Aurora and Mana Leech). And had to spec into stat nodes, lack of dex and int was killing me :( Missing gem setups too. Also, since i am doing ~68 and 69 maps, i switched to lazy farming gem setup. Died only once in maps, didn't move out of Pit boss cyclone. 3L: Reckoning + Stun + Endurance Charge on Melee Stun Works wonders on simple mobs, tho "Can't be stunned" and Bosses force into manual Enduring Cry spam 4L: CWDT (lvl 1) + Tempest Shield (lvl 1, still gives 3% block) + Curse on Hit + Warlords Mark And hard casting Abyssal Cry - mobs melt in an instant. Ofc gonna stricken my build later on, when gear will come by. Hope you will post Atziri kill soon! Really want to kill Atziri with this build! Best of luck! You could make it more lazy by adding Endurance Charge on Melee Stun to Leap Slam, or a Curse on Hit + Curse. :) BTW: Tempest Shield will always be +3% block, levelling only increases the damage and mana requirement.
