But which of the two has better aoe and dps ? Ice Crash or Static Strike.

If I'd have to bet on it, my money would be on Ice Crash.

Carrion Skewer will give you more DPS, but you might have mana sustainability problems since it's attack speed is super high. The only way to know is to try it out :) if Carrion Skewer works without mana problems, then that's your best choice.

I like Ice Crash more personally, but if you like lightning skills, then go for Static Strike, it is also quite powerful.

hey Serge! This looks good, and I believe I will be starting 2.0 with your build :)

My question is do you have a leveling guide on what we should take first etc while leveling up? Maybe showing every 20 points up to 80?

This! Would love to see how to progress it, it's a pretty all-over tree. More than likely looking like the build I'll be doing for tempest! Thanks!

Yes, I will update the leveling guide section of the first post tomorrow (in ~10hrs).

BoR has 6% block chance in 2.0, is there some change on tree to reach 75% block chance???

I didn't completely update that part, will do that now.
