[3.1] JUGGERNAUT/BERSERKER 1H+Shield Max Block&Spell Block Tank, Atziri Killer+a BoR version

Hey, I'm following this build for my first 'real' character and I had a couple questions.

Where exactly do you get your int points out of? I see you are using a mace requiring 113 int, but sou only hit one of the +30 nodes in the tree, and I see no attribute buffs on any of the gear. I'm currently 72, have both +30 nodes and am only at 86 int, What am I missing?

Second question, are decent 1H maces that hard to find? I'm still running around with one thats 15 levels old and completely unable to find a better one. Have I just been really unlucky?

Other than that the build's been pretty fun so far though as a tanky character in the party I play with.

I'm not sure what you mean by "find"... if you mean simply "drop", as in, it drops for you when you're clearing a map, then yes, it is very hard to find one. But instead of waiting for one to drop for you just by playing maps, you might simply buy one: http://poe.trade/search/kuhitanarihoki

Update: i managed to buy a legacy BoR for 1ex and some chaos (compared to a couple of people that wanted to sell it to me for 15-16ex a couple of hours before is a lol price) as soon as we moved from torment to standard league, the +15% block is a huge thing, also if i losed a lot of armor switching from a 5l to a no body armor and losing determination to change color of a socket to run hatred (rip cromes) my survaivaility is way better than before, at first i have to say i had HUGE mana problems solved upgrading jewelry.
Reckoning+ECMS keep the charge up very well now and works fine also in a 3 link.
To manage ele reflect in maps i use static strike since dominating blow is too expensive in terms of mana per hit and SS works fine.
Now i'm focused on 1 month league but later i will up gems and try to buy a +4% lazhwar that is far away my finances atm (i ripped 3, for science!), when a rogue exile in a 73 map kills everyone except you and people call you every name under the sun you will say tank you to this man as i do.

Is it possieble to do Uber Atziri with this build?

Will duelist character work the same with this build instead of marauder ?!
